Jordan and Barbara Gary are in the piano store business because they want to help build the piano community (students, teachers, artists and fans of the piano) and to help people interested in the piano to have a wonderful piano store which is a great place to shop for pianos, have fun auditioning and experiencing many brands of pianos.
OUR PURPOSE:
- To enhance the quality of life in our community by encouraging music participation and the appreciation of the piano.
- To help build the piano community of teachers, students, artists, hobbyists, and music audiences in many ways.
- To present our product lines in a positive, honest and realistic manner that shows respect to our customers, our store and our industry.
- To educate our customers on the qualitative and musical issues that can help them make an informed buying decision.
- To help our customers select and ultimately purchase the piano that best meets their needs and desires.
- To provide the before and after the sale service which will help their pianos musically perform at a high level.
OUR COMMITMENT:
- We will support the piano teachers groups in many ways with a recital hall and teacher events and low cost rentals to teacher and student events.
- We will offer a broad line of pianos with many piano brands carefully chosen to offer only quality pianos and provide a wonderful environment to experience the joy of auditioning instruments of differing tone and touch and price.
- We will not offer any pianos of the lowest quality which tend to have the greatest customer problems.
- We will continually improve our understanding of the products we represent, so that we might better present these products to our customers.
- We will be generous and supportive of other piano dealers. When asked to comment on competitive products and services, we will provide only relevant information that is specific, quantifiable and well documented.
- We will refrain from personal attacks and strive to avoid speculation regarding the morals, ethics or viability of our competitors and their suppliers.
- We will make no statements that appeal to ethnic or racial bias.
- We will refrain from advertising our store, our products and our services in any way that might be considered false, misleading or deceptive.
- We will present a price on any product that we believe to be a good value. We will also offer discounts to all people and not play price games or use misleading price statements.
- Our Salespersons will never use High Pressure and Dishonest Sales Techniques
- We will not challenge or question a customer’s purchase decision after the customer has accepted delivery from a competitor.
- We will continually strive to establish and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in the process of serving our customers.
- We will offer every customer support and service after the sale.
